a duplex penthouse in a historic church-turned-boutique condo building in noble square with park + city views that are out of this world? let us at it! we promise to check our mortal sins at the door.
for this 3 bed/2.5 bath baddie at st. boniface [genuflect], we opted to preserve, integrate + polish up the good stuff [existing arches, weathered subway tiles, and those architectural trusses that pierce through the main living space].
beyond that we went way beyond builder’s grade with daring design decisions that get hella playful with scale + texture [wraparound millwork here, a breeze block partition there, and stone slabs that are worthy of atonement].
a fancy Italian sofa with all the tufts that extends to double as dining seating, backlit headboards + shelving for added illumination, oh-so-soft rugs in unconventional shapes for happy feet, and so much more… it’s a full-on revival up in here for rowdy congregations + quiet, cozy moments alike.
and because it’s #howwedo, we activated a female-forward cult of creative goddesses for special customizations for this project — think gauzy draperies, bespoke upholstery, rad art [including a street-chic doodle on a dresser] + luminous lighting [check out the dipping pendants in the primary with pony hair tails]. hallelujah, she’s born again! full of grace, good vibes + glow ups.
