TIME 4 U ESTATE

yaaaaasssssss, queen. we love a repeat client who knows what she wants.

unwilling to sit idle during the pandemic, the owner + lead aesthetician of TIME 4 U med spa in naples, decided to expand her brand with a relaxation-forward vacation property for treatments + downtime. sitting pretty on her private estate in southwest florida, this ranch-style, pool-adjacent casita would need mad love to take it from modern + minimal to chic + curated—and turn it into a boho-glam rental for discerning guests.

we were all on the same page in terms of flipping the script [read: shying away from maximalist floridian appointments in favor of organic elements, layered accents + a soothing color palette]. we inherited some good, good texture worth keeping [exposed brick + reclaimed wood] and zeroed in on a design plan befitting of a boutique hotel in bali.

woven pendant lights, macrame hammocks, collected tapestries, gauzy draperies, oversize baskets, linen sheets… it’s all here. we even built out a bar that boasts a wallcovering of naughty monkeys [bc why not], and carried that ‘texture as art’ mentality outside, too, with a land/hardscaping program that brings the pool into focus.

ok. we see you now, TIME 4 U estate, sleeping 10 in designer fashion and putting other airbnbs to shame.
